Breathing Tactic
Breathing 3–Breath Reset - Inhale slowly through the nose, exhale through the mouth. Repeat three times. Box Breathing (4–4–4–4 ) - Inhale 4 seconds → hold 4 → exhale 4 → hold 4. Repeat 3–5 cycles.
