Breathing Tactic

Breathing

  • 3–Breath Reset - Inhale slowly through the nose, exhale through the mouth. Repeat three times.


  • Box Breathing (4–4–4–4 ) - Inhale 4 seconds → hold 4 → exhale 4 → hold 4. Repeat 3–5 cycles.


  • Extended Exhale - Inhale for 4, exhale for 6. Longer exhales help the body settle.



  • Counting Breaths - Inhale “1,” exhale “2,” up to 10, then start over.
